TCCA Canada STC for Beech KingAir 300 series with 7-blade MTV-47
MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH received the TCCA Canada STC No. SA26-78  for the installation of the "Silent 7" 7-bladed MT-Propeller MTV-47-1-( )-C-F-R(P)/CFR260-361( ) on the Beech KingAir 300 Series powered by the propeller turbines Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A: for the Models 300, 300LW, B300, B300C and  PT6A-67A: optional for the Models B300 und B300C.

This installation is already certified by EASA STC 10085161 and FAA STC SA11914IB.

The 7-bladed MT-Propellers on the Beech KingAir 300 Series provide a general performance improvement (8% take-off & climb, 4-5 kts cruise), lower ITTs at high altitude and no propeller speed restrictions on ground while operating in low idle. They reduce cabin noise and vibration significantly and all models comply with the strict German noise regulations 2010 - „LandeplatzLärmschutz Verordnung“ for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries.

MT-Propeller was founded in 1980 by Gerd Muehlbauer, who had already 20 years of experience in propeller development and service at this time. He started his new own company on January 2nd 1981 at the Airport Straubing-Wallmuehle (EDMS) in Germany with 6 employees in a small, one-storey airport owned building.
